Gliding o’er the glimmering sea
And all we dream or wish for thee
The birthday morn when thou art three
When the days are all the same to thee
Here upon the quivering margin
Every star in yonder welkin
To grace henceforth Time’s diadem
In the years that followed
when days were dark
Beneath such skies
what need of chart?

Barely Controlled Chaos
Once upon a time, this was a freshly painted coffee table with pristine collage work covering the top. And then I started using it as a workbench.
I finished working in one book a few days ago and started on another last night. It’s an ABC book of found poem fragments and collage. The poetry is going slowly, but I’m up to G. Hopefully I’ll get the finished pages scanned tonight or tomorrow. And now I’m off to scrounge up a suitably celestial image.
We Are Now Prepared for the Apocalypse
When the End Times come, everyone but Kirk Cameron and his banana will be stuck here on Earth.
If you find you’ve misplaced your corkscrew in the ensuing chaos, not to worry! All you need to open a bottle of wine–and those of us Left Behind will surely be requirous of an adult beverage–is a shoe.
