Hark! A Doodle!

September 9, 2018September 20, 2018 Shelly

All Photos-1271

I watched too much TV this weekend, but at least I did some doodling while sitting on my ass.

The Dregs of Hurricane Gordon

Also? Gordon came for a visit. The lower lip of that cart is knee-high on me. All that rain fell over the course of about 24 hours.

Staff Meeting Doodle

I found some staff meeting doodles in an old notebook that I’d forgotten to share.

Tree

And a tree from a recent staff meeting.

Testing Pens

Staedtler Triplus Fineliner on Canson 65 lb drawing paper

The ink in this pen is a bit watersoluble, but not enough to get a satisfying, bleedy wash. it goes blue in a wash, too, which is not great. The pen has a fine, fibrous tip and makes a lovely, delicate line, though. I think it’ll be really fun to doodle with.
