This person has clearly added the man as his own father, with his wife as his mother. Freud is laughing in his grave.

Polly doesn’t like dogs, but she’s utterly unfazed by them. Thomas can be really pesty, and Polly just ignores him. So when Thomas is acting bonkers, Polly is the only cat who will stick around. The others hide.

The high yesterday was 56F. It was hella windy and stormy last night, and then the temperature dropped to 30F. Today it went back up to 61F and was alternately foggy and rainy.
