Please, if you’re trying to spruce up great-great-grandpa’s grave, do not stick a metal pipe right smack in front of it. I know you think it’ll be a great place to stuff some plastic flowers, but it gets in the way when someone is trying to photograph the headstone. Or, you know, when they just want to look at it. An unobstructed view would be nice.

This was not a picturesque little cemetery, so I didn’t take many wide-angle shots. This little spot under the persimmon tree was kind of nice, though.

The rain did finally go away. For that we are thankful. However, it’s supposed to come back this weekend. Ugh. I wouldn’t be so annoyed, but Bad Knee is feeling much better, and I was hoping to go out and take some cemetery photos this weekend. I’m crossing my fingers that the forecast will change or that maybe the rain will be of the “occasional showers” variety.
