Breakfast of Champions

July 8, 2012February 28, 2016 Shelly

Breakfast of Champions

The weather has cooled off, but it’s still too hot to cook or think about eating hot food. So it was Greek yogurt with blueberries and strawberries for breakfast.

Books and Flowers

Books

I played at Goodwill today, where I got a stack of books. Because I need more books. Some are kiddie lit, but the rest are for collage. In one of the “for collage” books I found an 8 x 10 photo of a little boy. I am going to keep it and frame it and hang it on my wall, because it is made of awesome.

And now for the flowers.

Evil Takes a Holiday

July 5, 2012February 28, 2016 Shelly

That's my girl.

It’s just too freaking hot to go outside and do anything, so I spent the day watching the cats flopping around like beached trout. Also, just in case you thought Henry didn’t have a silly side. She does. I guess one can’t spend ALL one’s time plotting World Domination[tm]. Especially when it’s 103F outside.
