A cat I’ve been sitting for recently died. I needed to return the owners’ key to them, and when I did, they sent me home with a giant pile of food, treats, and some litter. Thomas was appalled.
My legs fell asleep, but he doesn’t care.
I topped off the nearly empty bottle of dish soap with a different flavor of the same brand. Something weird happened.
I actually like having a small kitchen. Everything is RIGHT THERE, when you need it. The only real downside is that you have to clean up as you cook, unless you want to be buried under an avalanche of dirty dishes. But the upside of that is that it takes about 10 minutes to clean the whole thing from top to bottom.
I walked to work this morning. I haven’t done that in ages, so I didn’t realize someone (looks like area kids?) has painted a mural on the walls of the pedestrian underpass.

I may or may not have lost my mind. I was out of popcorn (the horror!), so I ordered some from Amazon. SIX POUNDS of popcorn.
Occasionally they put aside their mutual antipathy long enough for me to snap a photo.
Thomas just can’t even.
