My office used to be exactly the same (winter & summer) the HVAC was a disaster. I kept an “illegal” space heater under my desk and still I was freezing! People tell me it is still the same. Jackie
Usually it's too hot. A couple of summers ago, it was something like 90F and 90% humidity for a week straight, because physical plant were trying to conserve energy with rolling chilled water outages. I thought it was going to start raining indoors! This is a whole new kind of ridiculous. Hopefully it's over with, though. They were supposed to be done today.
