I doped Harriet up on Zyrtec, to help with her itchies. Her skin infection is back, so she has a vet appointment on Monday morning. In the meantime, antihistamines are our friend.

I have a whole list of stuff that I did not do today. Instead, I sat on the couch with a headache and watched horrible wedding shows on TLC. It was like one of those train wrecks that you can’t look away from. Where on earth do they find these people?!
So, anyway, I did finally empty the dish washer and sorta kinda maybe clean the kitchen, and I did take a few photos of somewhat more or less cooperative kittens. (Miss Brown, on the other hand, is always cooperative with the camera.)
Sleepy Dog is Sleepy
This was taken early Sunday evening. I was busy folding laundry while Sleeping Beauty was, um, sleeping. At one point, I plopped a basket of clothes on top of her, and not even that woke her up.

Miss Brown was a sad, sick puppy today. She’s feeling better now. And, of course, she’s decided to commandeer all the pillows on my bed.

Harriet could sleep through the End Times, I think. As much as she likes food, she’ll also sleep through having a cookie placed on her nose.

…an Empty Peanut Butter Jar
Harriet got a nail trim this morning (not that you can tell, as they are still too long). As a treat for being a very good girl, I gave her the nearly empty peanut butter jar. She’s been working on it for almost an hour.

I love the way Harriet tucks her nose under her flank when she sleeps, just like a little bird. Which is fitting, I guess, since I call her my little goose.
