The flame-leaf sumac is starting to turn.

Thanks to an anonymous patron of teh artz, my camera set-up has been greatly upgraded. So thank you, kind anonymous patron! Today’s photos were all test shots, to get a feel for the new equipment. I can now sneak up on butterflies and bees, which makes me happy.

In the top photo, the rising sun is catching the tops of the trees. I love my view at that time of day, because when the sun is shining, it doesn’t matter what season it is, it’s beautiful.
