Packing Fail
My DVR remote died. Comcast sent me a new one, which arrived today. Why couldn’t they just shove it in a jiffy mailer? This is totally ridiculous.
But other than that, the whole thing was resolved very nicely. I could have gone to their office to pick up a new remote, but there is construction on literally every road between here and there, so having it shipped was preferable to me.
