You can buy pretty, dyed skeletonized leaves at any craft store, but this year the weather conditions have been perfect for creating them naturally. There are giant drifts of them below several trees I pass on my walk to work.

Morning Sky
I walked to work this morning, so I got to see some beautiful things going on in the sky.
The Sky Last Night
I had been trying to get a photo of the rain in the distance (top), but then it started pouring right on top of me, so I took my big camera inside. I came back out in the rain with my phone, but the photo I wanted to get was gone. This was nice, though (bottom)! It had been pouring rain in the distance, but then it cleared up and there was a weird light from the setting sun filtering down from above the clouds in the east.

All of that drama (and wind!), and we only got about three drops of rain from it. It cooled off, though, which was nice.
Sometimes the Neighbors Creep on Us
I looked out the patio window and saw a giant eyeball looking through the gap in the privacy fence. The deer are brazen!

Act I: We creep on the neighbors while holding our stuffy. Mustn’t put the precious down.
Act II: We’re tired of staff’s nonsense and are retiring to our napping lounge with our stuffy.
