Henry (the camera I ended up with)
Both those are unedited, except for cropping. The one below was from the camera I returned and has had a good bit of Photoshopping.
These two are so freaking cute, they drive me to distraction. They are also very, very B-A-D. I am constantly reminded of the twin goats we had when I was a kid. I don’t even remember if they had proper names. We called them Thing 1 and Thing 2. They, too, were very, very B-A-D. And like the kittens, where you found one goat, you could be sure the other was nearby. What good is it, getting into trouble, if you do not have a trusty sidekick?
They weren’t really being cranky, but I love how both of them have their ears in the “I have an attitude problem” position.
Somehow, Henry managed to break off some of her whiskers. You can actually see one of them dangling, in the middle photo. I guess it must have happened while she was playing with Polly, though Polly’s whiskers seem to have escaped unscathed.
In other news, I’ve been released from PT. Yay! He did Graston massage on my shoulder the last two times, which was not exactly fun, but wasn’t too bad, either. I don’t know if any of it is helping, but I figure it can’t hurt (not, at least, the specific exercises I’m doing), so it’d be stupid not to follow through with them.
I think I’m going to try to do a photo a day this month. I keep seeing things and making mental notes to go back and take photos, and of course, forgetting. I need to stop doing that. But for today, you get Henry and Polly, the cutest kittens in the all-time history of kittens. Srsly.

Polly, reclining in Harriet’s bed
Harriet may be unamused at times that her house has been invaded by kittens, but she’s (mostly!) being pretty good about it.

Henry and Polly in their kitty habitat
I picked up a few new toys this afternoon, on my way home from PT. I stuck some of them up on the bookshelves, so they’d be out of reach. I figured I’d dole them out slowly. Polly and Henry had other ideas. I hadn’t turned my back for two seconds before they had the mate to this toy off the shelf. I guess that means the kittens approve.
…helps the Benadryl go down.
It’s easy peasy to pill Harriet, but I like to give her pills to her with peanut butter, because she gets totally blissed out when she eats it. It’s pure doggie crack.
