This stuff spreads like wildfire. You can’t kill it. It thrives in deep shade, and it blooms from early spring until the first frost. Even beyond the first frost, some years.

Caught a lightweight lightning seed
A pair of turkey vultures were in the back field, disposing of something that had died. I had my camera out, to try to get a photo of them (they are huge!), but they flew off. Instead, I ended up with a photo of some dandelion seed heads. Make a wish!

It’s grey and rainy and cold and gross, so I took a nap. I woke up to find Franny and Piglet, sleeping back-to-back on the bed with me. Frenemies.
