Rice with Carrots and Green Onions

I love this stuff, and it’s super easy to make. It’s just rice cooked with carrots and green onions and seasoned with garlic, tamari or soy sauce, Szechuan sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. You can add fresh parsley, too. Some folks lived on ramen noodles when they were in college. I lived on rice and popcorn.

And for variety, try frying it in a non-stick pan with a little olive oil, until brown and crispy.
