The little hairs on the multiflora hold up the water droplets, so that they can’t flatten out. It makes them nice and fat and round.

This is a crappy photo, but I decided to post it anyway. There’s a carpet of violets out back, which is making the wee woodland critters happy. Mr. Groundhog was out earlier this morning, munching away at them.
